Use customer price tier for POS sales
Cin7 Core allows up to 10 price tiers for a product, which can be assigned to show different product prices on different sales channels, to different customers, and in different locations. This article will explain how to apply a customer's price tier to a POS sale. The customer's price tier is set from the customer record.
Configure POS settings
First you must activate the customer price tier setting in your POS settings.
Go to Integrations → POS → Setup and look for POS UI settings.
Enable Use customer price tier
Add customer to sale
The customer must be added to a sale to apply the customer price tier.
When processing a sale, click + at the checkout and then select Customer to add a customer.
This will open a new window. Search your existing customers or Add a new customer to add the customer to the sale.
