Price lists in B2B portal

Create custom price lists for customers to download directly from your portal. Alternatively, remove this feature if you do not want to offer this option to your customers. Price lists can only be downloaded by customers who are logged in, guest users do not have access to this feature.

Create price lists

Create price lists for product brands, categories, tags or any combinations of these. Customers can also create their own price lists when logging on to your portal. Price lists are created and edited from the Price lists section of your B2B portal integration settings.

  1. Click + Add new price list.

  2. Enter a Price list name.

  3. Enter the brands, categories and/or tags on the corresponding boxes, then click Enter. Repeat until you have added all preferred brands, categories and/or tags to the price list.

  4. Click Save.


  

Customize price list template

The look of your template can be customized in Settings → Document & Email templates. See Manage Document and Email Templates for customization instructions.

Select a Price list template in B2B portal General Settings lets you select a template for price lists printed or downloaded from the portal. A basic template is selected by default. Leave this field blank to disable downloading price lists.

Remove price list template

While many users want the option of price lists for their customers, others prefer to have this information less visible.

In the B2B portal General settings, simply leaving the Price list template field blank will remove this option from the portal.

Download a price list

Users can download pre-made price lists or create their own custom price lists for download. Access this feature by clicking the username to open the dropdown menu and then select Price lists.

 

Price lists pre-made by the merchant can be found on the left of screen. These cannot be edited or deleted. Select a format from DOC, PDF, or XLS, and select print to download the price list.

Choose My price list to create and save custom price lists. Add as many categories, brands, and tags, as required, select the format and print or save. The prices shown on the list will be for the price tier selected in the customer's record. Saved price lists will appears in the list on the left, and can be deleted.
