Undo or void a sale
Undo an order to return it to draft status, while keeping all the customer and order line details. Use Void to remove all order data from the sale and close it. You can undo/void one sale, multiple sales at a time, or just a stage of sale. There are no restrictions to undo or void a sale if you have the user permission to do so.
Undo or void a single sale
Select the sale to undo or void, select More actions and then Undo or Void.
Undo or void multiple sales
