Stockout Report

Use this report to see which items are stockouts or will be soon, when the expected stockout will start and end, and how much lost revenue can be attributed to each stockout.

Prerequisites

Report options

Reporting Period

Select the reporting period from a list of options or set a custom date range.

Layout

Set to the default layout or select from a saved layout.

Save layout as

Save a layout for potential future use.

Reset layout

Resets layout to the default layout or selected saved layout.

Select Apply filter to set filter fields for the report and Update to refresh the output with any new changes. See Managing Cin7 Core Reports - Filtering Reports for more detailed information about using filters.

Export report data to Excel, PDF, or RTF.

SKU barcode

Stockout from

The starting date of a stockout. Can be in the past (already occurring) or future (expected to start).

Stockout to

Expected date of end of the stockout, based on supplier lead and delivery times.

Days in stockout

The starting date of a stockout. Can be past (already occurring) or future (expected to start).

Demand segment

Winners are top sellers which generate the most revenue, chasers are still in demand products, losers are products that are rarely sold.

It is very important to avoid stockouts for winners.

Lost sales

Quantity not sold due to stockout according to sales forecasts

Lost revenue

Missed revenue due to stockout according to sales forecasts

Lost margin

Missed margin due to stockout according to sales forecasts
