CRM settings

The CRM module helps organizations streamline processes, build customer relationships, increase sales and improve customer service. You can find the CRM settings below in your General Settings, in the Settings section of the main menu.

Enable opportunity approval

Approve sale opportunities to convert them to sales or mark them as rejected if they have been rejected by the customer. Rejected sale opportunities can be reviewed and reset to draft status if required. When disabled, authorizing an opportunity will convert it to a sale without requiring approval.
