Supported fonts

The following fonts are supported automatically by Cin7 Core templates:

  • Calibri

  • Cambria

  • Candara

  • Times New Roman

  • Arial

  • Tahoma

  • Book Antiqua

  • Bookman Old Style

  • Century

  • Courier New

  • Trebuchet MS

  • Verdana

  • ARIAL Black

  • Helvetica

  • ID Automation (for barcodes)

Embed custom fonts

For any other font, you will need to embed custom fonts in MS word.

Due to limitations in Aspose library (which is used to render data from Cin7 Core to documents) it is not possible to achieve exact results for all custom fonts. In this case, the library will replace the font with the best matching font.

  1. Open MS Word or an equivalent.

  2. Open your template.

  3. Open Word Options, then the Save tab.

  4. Check Embed fonts in the file.

      

  5. Save your changes in Word and return to Cin7 Core.

  6. Select Settings from the main menu, then Document and email templates.

  7. Upload your saved template.

  8. Print a test page. If the custom font cannot be correctly rendered, the system will choose the closest match it can.
