Export and import POS customer data via CSV

Prerequisites

  • At least one POS register added to your base subscription.

  • Set up Cin7 Core POS Integration

Export and import POS customer data

You can manage your POS customers credits, loyalties, and email receipt settings from the Credits, loyalty points, and email receipts tab in your POS integration settings.

  • Click Export to download credit, loyalty point, and email receipt data as CSV.

  • To update this data, edit the exported CSV and then click Import. Follow the on-screen instructions to import the updated CSV.
