Financial Transactions Report

This report shows detailed financial transactions within the selected time period. Use this report to view all transaction details including type, transaction reference, description, debit/credit accounts, amount and date.

This report is only available to users with Financial Reporting permissions.

Prerequisites

 

Data from this report can be exported in Excel, PDF or RTF format.

Input:

Reporting Period

Allow user to select the reporting period from a list of options are set custom a custom date range. This report is filtered by transaction date.

Layout

Set to the Default layout. Allows selection of saved layouts, if any.

Save Layout As

Allows saving of a layout for potential future use.

Reset Layout

Resets layout to the default layout or selected saved layout.

 

Select Apply Filter to set filter fields for the report and Update to refresh the output with any new changes. See Managing Cin7 Core Reports - Filtering Reports for more detailed information about using filters.

Purchase order or sale order number associated with the transaction if applicable

Year

Year in which the transaction took place

Quarter

Quarter in which the transaction took place

Month

Month in which the transaction took place

Debit Job #

Debit sub-account of Job # if applicable

Credit Job #

Credit sub-account of Job  # if applicable

Invoice #

Invoice # of the transaction if applicable

Amount

Value of transaction in base currency.
