Co-manufacturing Components Movement Summary

Some production scenarios have several co-manufacturers in an outsourced supply chain, where components and semi-finished products are passed from one co-manufacturer to another. This report tracks the quantities and stock value moving in and out of each co-manufacturing location.

Please note, transfer of semi-finished products between co-manufacturers off the system, with co-manufacturers informing the merchant when they have sent or received a production operation input/output. The merchant can mark co-manufacturing operations as started or completed in Core, which will record the dates for this report.

Only users with the Production Reporting permission can access this report.

Prerequisites

Data from this report can be exported in Excel, PDF or RTF format.

Input

Reporting period	Allows the user to select the reporting period from a list of options or set a custom date range.
Layout	Set to the default layout. Allows selection of saved layouts, if any.
Save layout as	Allows saving a layout for potential future use.
Reset layout	Resets the layout to the default layout or selected saved layout.

Select Apply filter to set filter fields for the report and Update to refresh the output with any new changes. See Managing Cin7 Core Reports - Filtering Reports for more detailed information about using filters.

Output

The following output fields are available for this report. You may have to open the Configure layout menu to add some of them to your report.

Production order #	Production order number
Production run #	Production run number
Co-man	Co-manufacturer connected to operation work center
Work center	Work center where co-manufacturing operation takes place
Input/Output	Input/output product used in the production process: SKU: Product name
Date	Date when semi-finished product was received by co-manufacturer or when semi-finished product was sent to next co-manufacturer. For input products, this is when the co-man operation is started. For output products, when the co-man operation is completed.
Type	Type of movement. In or out of the co-manufacturer location.
Location	Co-manufacturing location.
Status	Production order status.
Operation #	Sequential number and name of production operation.
SKU	Product SKU
Finished product	Name of the production BOM product: SKU: Finished product name. This is the main finished product for which order is created.
Unit	Input/output product's unit of measure
Start date	Start date of the co-manufacturing operation.
Year	Year of the stock movement date.
Quarter	Quarter of the stock movement date.
Month	Month of the stock movement date.
Component additional attribute 1-10	Additional component attributes and their values.
Data Headers
Quantity in	Quantity of stock moved into the co-manufacturing location within the selected time period.
Quantity out	Quantity of stock moved out of the co-manufacturing location within the selected time period
Cost in	Cost of the stock moved into the co-manufacturing location in base currency.
Cost out	Cost of the stock moved out of the co-manufacturing location in base currency.
