Onboarding services
Get up and running in Cin7 Core with structured onboarding sessions that walk you through setup, integrations, and day-to-day workflows. Onboarding gives you the foundation to confidently manage your business in Cin7 Core. Sessions are delivered remotely via Zoom in group or one-on-one formats, with optional add-on packages for specific features or more complex configurations. Group onboarding typically takes 4–6 weeks and one-on-one onboarding 6–8 weeks, depending on your business needs.
Prerequisites
Before you start your Cin7 Core onboarding, you need:
A clear understanding of your current business processes (inventory, purchasing, sales).
Key data ready for setup, such as products, customers, and suppliers
Alignment on how you'd like to operate in Core (e.g. locations, workflows, accounts)
The right team members ready to join onboarding sessions
Access to your Core account and completion of any initial setup steps
Purchase an onboarding plan
We offer two onboarding options to suit different learning styles and business needs: Group Onboarding and One-on-One Onboarding. Both options are available across all regions and are outlined on the Core pricing page.
You can purchase onboarding services directly from My Subscription in your Cin7 Core account. Payment can be completed via credit card or bank transfer, using the same process as upgrading your subscription.
Once your purchase is confirmed, we will reach out to schedule your onboarding sessions and discuss next steps. Onboarding invoices are available in the Payment History under My Subscription.
You can also purchase add-on packages to dive deeper into specific features or get support with more complex workflows. Add-ons are available in both group and one-on-one formats.

Partner onboarding
Onboarding plans cover core functionality to help you get up and running as efficiently as possible. For more specialized requirements such as 3PL/3DL, EDI, Advanced Manufacturing, or API integrations, you have the flexibility to work with a Cin7 Core Partner instead.
