Process payments with Worldpay

Worldpay (formerly Vantiv triPOS) is a cloud-based API for payment processing which allows for real-time payment processing for ISVs' and merchants' point-of-sale transactions. This integration allows Worldpay to communicate with your Cin7 Core POS store.

Payment processing platforms do not require a subscription add-on in Cin7 Core.

Enable Worldpay in Cin7 Core

  1. In Cin7 Core, select Integrations from the main menu, then POS.

  2. Go to Setup, then POS integrations.

  3. Enable Use Vantiv triPOS to activate Worldpay and make the triPOS credentials fields visible.  This makes Worldpay available to all outlets in the organization.

  4. Add triPOS identification parameters (Account ID, Acceptor ID, and Account token).

  5. Save your changes.
         

  6. Go to Outlets

  7. Select the relevant Outlet and Register.

  8. Enter the identification parameters (Account ID, Acceptor ID, and Account token) in the outlet details.

  9. Enter the triPOS Lane ID in the register details.

  10. Save your changes.

Connect Worldpay in Cin7 Core POS

To finish connecting Worldpay, you will need to log in to your Cin7 Core POS application.

  1. Log in to Cin7 Core POS.

  2. Select the Outlet to connect Worldpay.

  3. Select Setup from the main menu, then Payment setup.

  4. Select Vantiv triPOS reader as your Card payment system.

  5. Save your changes.

Pair the Worldpay terminal

You need to pair the Vantiv terminal with Cin7 Core POS if it's being used for the first time.

  1. Terminal ID is a user-defined number or alphanumeric string. It is only needed for terminal identification for the first use.

  2. Enter the Activation code. This is displayed on a terminal that has not yet been paired when switched on.

  3. Click Pair with terminal. Now you can use your terminal!

Remove or replace a terminal

You need to remove the old terminal from the system to remove or replace or terminal.

  1. Log in to Cin7 Core POS.

  2. Select the Outlet.

  3. Select Setup from the main menu, then Payment setup.

  4. Click Remove pairing.
