FAQs
We would like to see amounts paid in the "Sale Outstanding Quotes Report". Please advise how to do this.
Currently the Sale Outstanding Quotes Report doesn't have the option to add the paid amount column.
For the meantime you can pull export Sale Outstanding Quotes report and Sales Overview Report and combine them in excel so you can check the Paid amount for the orders.
Is it possible to add customer contact information to the Sale Outstanding Quotes report?
Unfortunately it is not possible on this report. You can use additional attributes, however this means re-entering customer contact information in the Additional Attributes tab in customer profile, this can be added then to Outstanding Quote Report as Customer Additional Attribute.
Still no answer to your question? Please do not hesitate to get in touch with Cin7 Core support.
