Prerequisites

  • Currently only available for QuickBooks Online USA customers

Pay a supplier invoice with Settle

After processing the purchase to the invoice stage, merchants can now use Settle to pay their supplier invoices. Supplier invoices must be:

  • Authorized in Cin7 Core AND

  • Synced to QuickBooks

When these conditions are met, the option to Pay with Settle will be enabled with the other supplier invoice payment options. If you see this option disabled, check your sync history to make sure that the supplier invoice has not failed to sync to QuickBooks and manually sync again if required.

Clicking Pay with Settle will redirect the user to Settle (you may need to log in or sign up). The rest of the payment workflow is completed in Settle, then the payment is synced back to QuickBooks and Cin7 Core. This does not require an additional external integration in Cin7 Core.

Undo or void a supplier invoice with Settle payment

Making a payment in Settle will disable making further non-Settle payments on this invoice from Cin7 Core, as well as disable undoing or voiding the purchase from Cin7 Core.
