You need to create a Cin7 Help Center login before you can create a new support request or post in the Community (coming May 19th). Your login details for Cin7 Core will not log you into the Cin7 Help Center.

Set up your password

If you have a Cin7 Core login, you will have received an email from corehelpresponse@cin7.com with an invitation to our Cin7 Help Center.

Click on the link in the email to create a password for the Cin7 Help Center. You can then submit requests to our support team.

Didn't receive an email?

If you can't find the email, it could be in your spam or junk folders. Otherwise, you can request another email to create a password. Use your Cin7 Core email address.

Get help

You can get in touch with us through our new chat feature or by submitting a request.

If our team is unavailable, or your question requires a more detailed response, you can submit a request.

Please provide as much detail as you can, including screenshots. For more complex cases or when you cannot run your business because of the issue, we may request a Zoom call so that we can screen share, troubleshoot and get you back up and running as swiftly as possible.

Submit a request

  1. In the Cin7 Help Center, select Submit a request.
    Submit request in the top right of the page.

  2. You will need to log in to the Cin7 Help Center.

  3. Choose the area of Cin7 Core your request is about.

  4. Add your contact information, details about your issue, any screenshots, and if this is urgent.

  5. Select Submit.

  6. Our team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
