Export all data

Looking to find an A/R report in Cin7, and running into a couple issues. (We are not hooked up to our accounting system for a myriad of reasons)

1. the only way I can find to get the report I need is from the Sales page, looking at sales awaiting payment. Has anyone found a way to export all data, not just the page selected?   I can only export the 10 that are displayed, and not all records.  I have not figured out how to export all pages, so I have a complete report, and not one I need to paste together myself.   

2.  The reports for A/ R in the report section, might be useful, but the data I need to sort them with, is grayed out, making the reports cumbersome and close to useless.   

Any ideas? I thought this would be a simple thing, that every company on the planet needs, but it's not really simple for Cin7, I guess.
