eCommerce/Marketplace integrations - Ability to specify the sales rep to be used when ecommerce integrations create new customers in Cin7 Core
For all eCommerce/marketplace integrations, it would be great if there was the option to specify the Sales Rep to be used when ecommerce/marketplace integrations (e.g., Faire, Shopify) create new customers in Cin7 Core. With the current Cin7 Core ecommerce/marketplace integrations, there is an option to specify the Sales Rep to be used for the *sale orders* created by the integration, but that same Sales Rep is not used for the *customer* that is created. For businesses wanting to have the Sale Rep recorded as the source ecommerce channel, they need to manually update each new customer created. The specific use-case in mind are customers created by the Faire integration, but I see it being applicable to other ecommerce/marketplace integrations, too.

Hi Everyone
Stan posted this a year ago. It is an essential part of how customers track customer groupings related to Sales. Clients want to track their customer base not just sales. One client has Wholesale plus DTC customers and the Wholesale numbers are continuously off because DTC customers have Wholesale populated when a new customer is added to the database. The option above would be greatly appreciated.
