Copy a stock Transfer

I attend a local Farmers Market every weekend.  I do a stock transfer from my warehouse to the Farmers Market location.  I do the same transfer every week.  Is there a way to copy the items from last week's transfer to the following week?  

Also is there an easier way to transfer the items back from one location to the other?  For example, when I return from the Farmer's Market the unsold items need to be added back to the warehouse inventory.  Is there a way to add the unsold items back to the main inventory? 

Currently, I am making a new inventory for all 40+ items by hand, entering them one by one, twice a week.
