Allow the same product family to be used in different menus within a Make-to-Order BOM
Currently, the same product family can not be added to multiple menus in make to order BOMs. We offer kits with up to 12 products, and we need to let customers and our sales team select which product variant they would like for each line item (e.g. they might want QTY6 of variant 1 and QTY6 of variant 2). To set up the BOMs and maintain them when we have product revision updates, every BOM has to be manually updated.
If we could have product families in multiple menus within the make to order BOM, this process will be much simpler and save our business a lot of time, as we will not transition to make to order BOMs until this feature is available.
