auto assemblies does not allow to create a supplier cost for components

auto assemblies does not allow to create a supplier cost for components it uses the individual cost prices from components.

If a supplier provides a kit with two components at a special price, but a component of that kit can also be supplied by the same supplier at a different cost.  The system currently does not allow this to be captured correctly based on the Supplier Kit price of the assembled item but uses the individual cost prices/components that make the kit.
