Multiple addresses - B2B checkout page improvements Answered
We have multiple customers with a number of different stores, and the same person is often ordering for their shops.
When they place their order from the B2B portal, multiple addresses added into the customer profile should be populating on the B2B checkout page as a dropdown.
Right now. It defaults to my default shipping address only, but there's no option to select from one of the other shipping addresses. The customer shouldn't need to retype a different address each time should they?

Hi Pradeep, as you are mentioning the B2B checkout will display the default shipping. However, you can change the default address on the footer My Account > My Addresses and then going to the checkout. This step would avoid retyping the address each time.

I understand the steps you are mentioning to switch the address for customers, but it's quite a cumbersome process when a dropdown during checkout would solve the whole issue.
Lessening the chance of an abandoned cart is key and to have a customer exit the checkout process, or have to do extra steps to avoid retyping an address isn't ideal.
Please consider adding this feature to B2B.
