Enhancing Core POS: Request for Void and Edit Features to Minimize Errors
Currently, Core POS only allows voiding of Layby sales, with no option to edit or void regular POS transactions. Since sales are finalized immediately once payment is collected, mistakes such as incorrect quantities or pricing can easily happen. Unfortunately, the only way to correct these errors is to process a return using the original payment method, which is not very user-friendly and increases the risk of further mistakes.
Introducing a void or edit feature for standard POS sales would be a valuable enhancement to help resolve these issues more efficiently.
