API endpoint to include UpdatedUntil filter

Offer an UpdatedUntil filter on your xxxList fields, to complement your existing UpdatedSince field.  This is essential for downloading historical information, as instead of getting (for example) "10 years" worth of data in one API requests (with paging, of course), we are able to get "one year" at a time, using ten consentive API requests.  Currently, the single "ten year" request is much more prone to interruptions and therefore the likelihood of retries is higher, and the impact far greater.
