AP endpoint to include full payload

Include full payload in your xxxList endpoints, so that we don't have to call back to get details of individual records each time.  This will 10x - 100x reduce the strain on your server.  Refer https://blog.synchub.io/data-accessibility#4 for detailed reasoning.
