More detailed permissions in regard to Suppliers/Customers/Products

People should be able to edit Customer/Supplier contacts but not other information such as address/name.

Specific permission for Customer/Supplier terms changes

Each section to have a potential permission set such as:

Allow use of attachments

Allow  editing (main page only, name/terms/comments)

Allow contact editing

Allow Additional Attribute value editing

    More security is needed around Credit information and team members who are responsible for this information.  Update of payment terms, credit limits must be added to the current “credit on hold” setting.  Modifying these attributes may void our insurance relating to credit.  This information should sit with a security role that is separate to other elements in the customer card.  If you can extend the “Customer - Enable/disable credit hold” to group attributes that affect credit under credit management.  This is a critical business process, and as such, should be a specific permission that should be allocated to a role.

    I agree with the more detailed approach to cards and who can view/edit.
