Import sale orders via PDF

This customer requests us to develop a feature to import sale orders via PDF, as their customers submit sale orders via PDF. This is what they say- We have a partner who places orders to us via a PDF document through which we have to input all the information into Cin7 and create an order manually. I would like to chat with someone who can help me understand or possibly develop a way we can get these inputs directly into a Sales Order through the initial order placement (Similar to how shopify works).
