Cin7 Core API - Support for duplicate customer names
Allow customers with the same name, as long as their contact details are different. E.g., email or phone. Or use a unique ID.
Customer's with the same name exist, this issue becomes more persistent as a business increases in size.

This is especially an issue if you are using a Shopify or other ecommerce integration, amazing how many Sarah/John Smith's there are. We have started appending other information into the name field, such as the phone number. However this isn't ideal as this information may change in future.
I think this is because of a limitation with Xero. Previously Xero contact names had to be unique.
Xero have changed this and Cin7 needs to change this, as well as not having first name, last name fields.
