this is currently an item on our feature backlog to allow users like yourselves to configure what fields are synced/not synced between Core to Shopify.
The feature will need to be prioritised accordingly.
We second this request. Pricing and inventory from Cin7 to Shopify, but don't touch the product title, description or images in Shopify because we do all our SEO there.
Much needed, only stock quantities and prices to be synced and nothing else, probably SKU's as well. Maybe a place where we toggle what we want and do not want to be synced back and forth from Cin7 and Shopify.

Yes, this is much much needed. Customers with multiple Shopify stores are crying out for this.
