B2B PORTAL FREE SHIPPING OPTIONS PER PORTAL OPPOSSED TO ONE RULE FOR ALL

Currently there is an option to configure free shipping rules for the B2B portals - but this is one rule for all stores.

We currently operate several B2B instances within our business, due to products, delivery methods and pricing, and some customers have access to more than one portal.

Therefore it would be hugly beneficial to have the option to configure free shipping rules per individual instance of the portal. 

E.g. One portal is for drop shipping to the consumer so is at an RRP, so the minimum order value for free shipping is £75, another is use for wholesale orders which has a minimum order value of £150, if the same customer has access to both portals, it is not possible to configure the free shipping rules, even if you use tags
