WMS - Picking Notes
Hi We want to be able to add picking notes on the WMS pick list.
This allows us to give the warehouse instructions on their devices. It also allows us to become more paperless

Hi Dawn, I have asked this question in the past. What i now understand is, in Cin7 Core, on a Sales Order, you can add comments on a line level. This then comes through to the WMS app as a note against that specific product. HOWEVER, what would possibly be as useful is, if comments could be left on a SO level, that came through to the app, which it currently doesn't, to my knowledge?!
Hi. Yes we are looking for comments to be at a SO level, and WMS is currently not able to do this.
We always have comments that are SO related, and this is hampering using the WMS app to pick orders.
Yes, this would be a very helpful feature. We many times have where the customer is picking up and we don't need the warehouse to print a shipping label for the order. In that case we would like to send a SO note saying for example “Hold for Pickup”
Agreed very helpful for warehouse to view comments
