Discounts in B2B Platform

We have a need for our Sales Reps to add one time discounts in the B2B platform - for instance discounts for first time customers, etc.  This is apparently something that the B2B does not have - Are we really alone in the need for this type of manual, sometimes one-off discounts to be added?
