Expected Delivery Date in Sales Order
It would be very helpful if there is an option or drop-down box to select “Expected delivery date” in the Order or Ship Tab of the Sales Order, as shown below.
This will be beneficial as we can inform the customer of an approximate date when to expect the order.
In addition to the above, we should also have the option to filter the Cin7 Core orders by “Expected delivery date.” This will be very helpful, as we can filter and check if the customer received the order on the mentioned date.

You can create this in Additional Attributes. (Set as Date Box) Once you've done that go to Settings >> General Settings >> Sales Process Customisation >> Default Attribute Set. Set the Attribute you want as the default.
To view it in a SO click Additional Attributes
And what list or report are we able to run/export that is configurable to include the values of those additional attributes?
If you open the PivotGrid Filter you will see the new attribute field displayed as an option
If you find the reporting features within CIN 7 inadequate or you want to add additional data from external sources to your reports, you may want to consider Easy Insight. It comes already pre-configured with several CIN 7 reports. We are about to go down this road in the next month or so.
