If you won't/can't give us a full Email Log, please at least tell us when an Email is invalid!

So many Feature Requests in the ‘Archived’ Category asking, quite rightly, for an Email Log - which is an absolute necessity in this day and age of emails ending up in SPAM Filters left right and centre. But there are no explanations/responses given on why these have been ‘Archived’ without an actual resolution…

If it's too hard to provide a full Email Log (even though it's really not, many providers with worse systems than Cin7 have them), then can you at least send through an alert to the front-end when an Email has had a Hard Bounce because it's not valid - i.e. User Not Found, Invalid Domain Name, etc? Every CRM I can think of does this bit at the very least…

This will help us get on the front foot by alerting us when human error has entered an invalid email address, rather than waiting days for the Client/Supplier to chase us up and make us look like fools…

Appreciate your time in fixing this much needed, and readily available on other platforms, missing feature!

    Agree with this wholeheartedly.  We should be able to trace what has been sent from the system.
