Big Commerce - The ability to change product 'Inventory Sync' setting in Bulk Answered

We are syncing inventory for SOME of our products. Therefore, we have the setting for our Bigcommerce inventory set to Track Inventory. On BigCommerce, we have set dropshipped items to “not tracked inventory”. The CIN7 integration setting is overriding this BigCommerce setting. 

So we are turning this off, one by one, for our dropshipped items in Cin7. 

We do this here: Integrations > BigCommerce > Catalogue

This is a lengthy process for thousands of items in our catalogue. Please can you advise the best way to change items in bulk?

    Hi Yasmin,

    thank you very much for providing a detailed explanation of your issue.

    Unfortunately, there is not functionality currently that will allow you to change the ‘Sync Stock level’ setting for multiple products at once.

    I will move this post to a feature request so that it can be considered for future prioritisation.
