Automate Draft Assembly Creation in bulk

I currently have to manually create between 16 and 32 assemblies manually each week. I would like to upload a google doc that contains the necessary info to Cin7 and have it automatically create draft assemblies from that data.  I would then review each assembly and manually authorize once they are confirmed correct. I've attached an example of what the sheet could look like, it may need additional fields. Please let me know how this can be achieved.  Thank you
