Interested in trying Cin7 Pay? Let us know! Pinned Featured
We are excited to be working on Cin7 Pay, a new embedded payment processing product that will bring Cin7 users exciting new features, including:
- Embedded merchant administration, meaning the ability to manage payments from within Cin7 rather than an additional application;
- Expanded payment methods, i.e., more options for how your customer will pay you (by card, by direct debit, etc.);
- Enhanced payment channels, i.e., the ability to collect payments via invoices/sales orders, as well as “card on file” payments (saved payment method details);
- And much more!
If you have feedback on features you'd like to see, if you'd like to learn more, or if you'd like to sign up to potentially become an early adopter of Cin7 Pay, please fill out this form.

Will this be available to Australian users?
Hi! Yes, Cin7 Pay will be available to Australian users at launch, as well as to those in the United States, Canada, New Zealand and more! Thanks for your interest.
Was excited by the idea of Cin7 Pay, but after a play around probably won't be using it.
B2B Portal
Being able to pay with card at checkout would be great, some of our customers would love it for the convenience. For us we would need to be able to surcharge for the credit card fee as our B2B margins are low. We would implement in our checkout if we could surcharge for card payments. Surcharging for card payments in the wholesale/B2B environment is very common in Australia.
Pay By Invoice
I experimented with this, added the mail merge tag to a document and followed the payment link to the web browser. In my opinion it's not up to scratch. The pdf invoice payment button looks terrible, and the web page for payment is sub par. I wouldn't be comfortable sending my customers to it, and as a consumer I would be pretty suspicious about giving that web page my credit card number.
Pay With Sales
This we might occasionally use. We don't often take peoples credit card numbers manually. It's more expensive than other options we have to process card on a virtual terminal/webpage, so I would only use it for smaller transactions. Our current processing options include being able to SMS the customer a link so they can input their own credit card details which is a nice feature as not that many people want to call out their credit card details anymore.
If you have the option PLEASE opt out/say NO to using Cin7Pay.
The system which has been forced upon us in the UK doesn't work and the company recognise this issue but won't inform you unless you contact them. There are apparently fixes due in the future but this doesn't solve the issue right now.
This is a complete shambles of a launch and was NOT requested by us, we were happy with Stripe as an add in - this works. Keep it this way!
