Consistent Date Format Export/Import - Additional Attribute

We have multipel additional attributes in a date format. When we export inventory lists or customer lists as CSV, these additional attributes have to be changed manually to yyyymmdd format every time. Can this please be changed so the format for import and export of CSVs is the same to avoid this unnecessary manual change.
