User access should be confidential

My query is to ensure that the user settings in CIN7 are configured correctly for our customers. Let me explain the typical workflow of Sweet India:

My client company operates a warehouse where sweets (end products) are manufactured. Stores (our customers) located in different locations place sales orders, which are then packed and delivered to the respective stores. Each branch uses a CIN7 account to place their orders. The warehouse manager accesses and processes these orders within CIN7.

To streamline operations and avoid confusion, the following requirements need to be met:

1. Each store should operate independently and have access only to raise sales orders for their branch.
2. While placing an order, stores must be able to view the available quantities of the products they wish to order.
3. Each store's sales orders and data must remain confidential and should not be visible to other stores.
