Wish to set up automation / handling for Overstock Products identified by Foresight.

For example to create a discount / deal structure around this;

Products Up to 6 Months Overstock;  Winners = None, Chasers = None

6 to 12 Months;   Winners = 5% Discount, Chasers = 10% Discount

1 to 2 Years;   Winners = 10% Discount, Chasers = 15% Discount

2 Years +;   Winners = 10% Discount, Chasers = 15% Discount, Losers = 20% Discount
