Feature request: Make configure layout screen resizable

Please give us the ability to make the Configure layout popup larger. Seeing only 3-4 fields at a time and scrolling each little window makes for a tedious report-building experience. It would be helpful to have the ability to drag the border so the user can make it taller/wider and have more visibility of the options presented.
