Add "All but Voided" and "All but Voided & Completed" to Stock Transfer filter

As with Sales and Purchasing, it is often handy to see “all but voided”. This filter option is missing in the Stock Transfer window.

Additionally, would love to see “all but voided or completed” to check drafts, ordered, picking, in transit -- but ignore the voids and completes. We don't always know the details of where a stock transfer in process might be, so being able to see all drafts+ordered+picking+in transit would be super helpful.
