Customer Reference added to 'Shipment tracking number has been changed' notification

Hi team,

One of the features we use for our B2B customers is the ‘Shipment tracking number has been changed’ notification.

This allows our customer to know when their order has been dispatched and to easily see the tracking information.

However, for customers who place multiple orders it's difficult to determine which tracking number is for what specific order.

The only reference that is available on the order is the SalesOrderNumber, which is an internal reference that means nothing to the customer.

We would like to have a feature where the ‘Reference’ on the Sales Order can be added to the email so customers can find their order by searching for their purchase order number (i.e. they can match the tracking number to the purchase order it relates to).
