Ability to filter on which Rep is assigned to which customer

Amazingly there is no ability to see in a report which rep is assigned to which customer. This in all other CRMs used and reviewed is a basic requirement. The only way at the moment is to export all the customer data into a csv file ( which creates duplicates as it seems that the export duplicates based on how many contacts are attached to this customer which seems to be a glitch in the export process ) 

Please can we have a simple filter added to the customer list so that we can see the rep assigned to customers and the ability to bulk change if a rep leaves the company

    Yes - we need to be able to bulk change sales reps in customer records.  Doing it with and import/export doesn't seem to work.

    I export customers to a csv > convert to a table > select A-Z order in Sales rep column > select the sales reps you want to change > select those and transfer to new sheet > delete master sheet > edit sales rep field > save > re import.

    It's quick and easy. We have 5k plus customers. I have no issues with this method

    Thank you. We were trying to replace certain sales reps with a blank field, which isn't possible.  We solved this by replacing the unwanted sales reps with a generic ‘trade customer’ name.

    Yep. Blank fields simply leave the existing value in the system. I use generic symbols like XX or something to represent a value.
