Xero to Cin7 Customer Integration and Sychronising
Like many businesses our business has different types of Customers. ie: Trade, Distributors, Wholesale, Food Service, Retail and Online to name a few. We use Xero as our back-end accounting.
Xero has the customer group field which we use to allow us to differentiate customers in reporting, etc, but Cin7 needs the corresponding Customer Group field and to synchronise it with Xero.
Then the reports can be sorted in either or both of Xero and Cin7 by customer group, etc.
Having this field in Cin7 opens up the opportunity to enhance the B2B portal as well.
Using additional attributes in Cin7 and synchronising to Xero categories will interfere with other uses of the Xero category fields.
Please add this field in Cin7 and syncrhonise it.
