add "Creation Date" API endpoint for Customer

The current API documentation does not include the "Creation date" field for Customers. This information is available in the Customer Card log history but it's not possible to access this via the API. 

This field is essential for our sales team to follow up on new customers and track their spend. Currently, our sales team faces challenges in obtaining this data, leading to inefficiencies in their operations.
