In the Disassembly & Assembly modules will be more efficient for applicable Products with the Batch # and Expiry Dates, the Results will auto fill the same Batch # and Expiry Date from the Pick

Further for Disassembled Results with more than one Batch # / Expiry Date have a button to re-allocate the Total Cost based on the Results quantity

Following this topic. We have, for example, two-part adhesives and we add mixer nozzles to our retail SKU with an Assembly BOM set to auto-assemble.

Expiry first controlled picking is all very well according to the system logic, but:

    1) Unless the FG order is also printed, the warehouse team doesn't know what batch the system consumed. So real-world picking may not correspond to what the auto-assembly did in the system

    2) The original batch number from the adhesive cannot be shown on the picking/packing slip because it does not flow through the assembly.

(I realise that for complex scenarios with and assembly of multiple components, this may not be possible to implement. e.g. Three components of food perishables in one pack where each may have had its own batch number and expiry.)

Option 1 - For simple assemblies where only one component has batch and expiry info, then automatically transfer this data to the finished product.

Option 2 - Allow picking and packing slips to print the associated FG orders as well, as a sub-table or something. This would help in many respects.
