Multiple purchase invoices for one stock receiving

They need to have apply multiple purchase invoices for one stock receiving. As they have stock first policy, they first receive a large number of stock at once and then they will be receiving few invoices for that stock amount.
I replicated this incident my test account where i have a stock receiving and i was trying to state two purchase invoices for that. In an advanced purchase order was trying to apply the first purchase invoice for the half of the items received then it throwed below error massage.
In Cin7 Core we have the ability to receive many stocks at many times and apply one invoice to cover all the received stocks, but we are unable to apply few invoices for one stock receive.
