Big Commerce: Partial Refunds Not Creating Credit Notes to Match in CIN7

We are using Bigcommerce and CIN7 Core
When we refund partial refunds (which we have to from time to time) No credit note for the partial refund value is being created in CIN7. Examples are listed in our account private ticket, containing customer information. This causes manual work to correct the CIN7 records.
