Feature Request: Set/disable decimal quantities for UOM

There needs to be a function to allow/disable decimal quantities depending on the UOM.

Example: an employee accidentally keys 0.2 instead of quantity 2. If the UOM is EACH, this does not make sense. What will you do with the 0.8 of a product? 

Decimal quantities only make sense on some bulk items with the UOM of per litre, per metre, per kg etc.

Therefore, you should be able to enable/disable decimal quantities on a UOM level.
