Create Manual Journals to distribute costs via API

1. When retrieving the JSON, there is a key called ManualJournalsDistributedCosts, but it is empty. I assume this is a place holder for manually distributed cost. Could this be populated please? 

2. I want to be able to create a manual distribution of costs. This will let me accurately handle costs in an integration I am building.

So please allow the POST to update a manual journal including full manual distribution of costs.
