Unable to unstock Purchase after a transfer when applying credit note

We are unable to add a credit note and do an un stock on a purchase order when stock has been moved. Sometimes a credit note may need to go on after a transfer has happened on the stock, we may discover a stock issue or a mistake on booking in but as soon as a transfer has been actioned we are unable to un stock on the PO.
